Airport Limo Service

Private Car Service

The fastest growing segment of our business: Private Car limo to airport service offers professional, uninterrupted door-to-door service for travelers who prefer a top shelf limousine experience, are pressed for time, and do not wish to share the vehicle with other passengers. The Private Car service is only $20 more than our shared car service (see below). Please note certain types of the trips require Private Car service; sush as those needing extra stops, pets, excessive luggage, two or more golf bags, skis, and or bicycles.

Baggage Meet-and-Greet Service

This is our premier airport limo service option! With Baggage Meet-and-Greet Service a WSL chauffeur will be waiting for the passenger upon their arrival in the baggage claim area. The chauffeur will be holding a large white sign with the passenger's last name written on it, they will assist with the luggage, and escort the party to their car outside. This is a great option for out-of-town visitors, those from different countries, or passengers for whom time is of the essence. Baggage Meet-and-Greet is the quickest, most efficient manner in which to exit the airport. Additional charges apply.

Shared Car Service

This service is our most economical alternative, shared car service is available to and from more than 50 suburbs around Chicago. The shared airport limo service is priced at a reduced rate, and means a customer may share the vehicle with one or two other customers going to or from the same general vicinity. There may be additional wait times in the terminals, as the vehicle collects other passengers. One benefit, besides the budget friendly pricing, is the customer only pays the Shared Car rate even if we do not pick up other passengers. Please note: On outbound trips to the airport, we budget a 15-minute window to accomodate the other Shared Car service pick-ups. This means you must be ready at the beginning of the window so it will not interfere with the travel plans of our othe valued customers. Again, please note that additional requirements; such as trips requiring extra stops, pets, excessive luggage, two or more golf bags, skis and or bicycles will require an upgrade to the Private Car Service.

Airport Procedures

Please follow these instructions when you arrive at the airport:

  1. Whether you checked any luggage or not on your trip, please proceed to the baggage claim level.

  2. Once you have your luggage, call our dispatch office at (630) 668-9600. Press option 3 to speak with a O’Hare dispatcher.

  3. Our dispatchers will ask you for your last name and confirmation number, please have this information ready when you place the call.

  4. The dispatcher will then tell you what door to exit out of. To help you find your airport limo chauffeur, you will be given a description of the vehicle along with its license plate number. Please understand that O’Hare airport has regulations that require all livery vehicles to remain in holding lots until they have received a notice from their dispatcher. When the driver has received an order they will make their way to your gate, this could take 10-15 minutes depending on how busy the airport is. If you are using our Shared Car Service, your vehicle may already be in a terminal, so your pick up could be immediate. For this instance, it is extremely important that you are completely ready to leave the airport upon the time you call and speak with the dispatcher.
