How many times have you read a “top 10 best apps you absolutely must use” list with the goal of upping your game, downloaded a couple of the recommendations, then never put them to use? Good intentions only yield positive results if you take action!

For example, we recently recommended 13 of the best travel apps. It’s a nice mix of apps to take the hassle out of traveling, whether you’re staying local or jetting across the country or around the globe.

Here are a few good reasons to take another look at that list, plus a few more suggestions for apps that will have you thinking about what your next destination will be.

When your itinerary has some free time, check out these apps to find some fun things to do (TripAdvisor, Lonely Planet) or even find deals on airport lounge admissions (Lounge Buddy).
